Insightfull Coaching

Penny is the Principal Owner of Insightfull Coaching, a company that works with individuals and teams to help them understand more about themselves, and leverage that knowledge to provide focus on achieving goal oriented outcomes. Penny is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) with 25+ years of business management and leadership experience.

Penny completed her training through The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and has also attained the designation of Accredited Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coahces Federation, the global leader in coaching and leadership training.  She also holds a CHRP designation, and is certified to administer and assess team, cultural and individual leadership effectiveness using the Leadership Circle Profile.

Penny possesses vast business experience operating as a member of executive and senior leadership teams in banking, her own HR consulting business, and working in a Healthcare GPO servicing not for profit healthcare institutions.  These experiences have provided Penny a depth of expertise working with and facilitating team success across various industries in leading transformational change efforts, and delivering results at both operational and strategic levels.

Penny is a current Board member of Healthcare Supply Chain Network (HSCN), and leads the Professional Development committ of HSCN.  She is also a member of the London Community of Coaches, and previous member of its' Strategic Planning Committee.  Previously, she volunteered as a Coach through Women Together, was a  past Board Member and Co-Chair of Annual Gala for Hospice of London, and Parent Manager for a team with Forest City Volleyball Club.
